During our first conversation, we'll talk about your objectives, what you hope to achieve, your vision, guests, budget, and any other important considerations. This gives us a clear understanding of your event and how we can best support you.
Following our conversation, we'll present a custom proposal outlining the scope of services, timeline, and fees. Once the agreement is signed and your date is secured, we're ready to get started.
During this phase, we map out the event concepts, source suppliers, coordinate the spatial design and plan the guest journey. We manage the operations and logistics, keeping you informed at every major milestone.
When event day arrives, our team is on-site, managing deliveries, vendor load-ins, set-up, rehearsals and taking care of styling and final touches. Once your guests arrive, we act as your dedicated partner behind the scenes while you enjoy the event.
Our commitment extends beyond the event. We oversee the post-event breakdown, handle final vendor and budget reconciliations, and provide you with the closing documents. We also remain available for an event recap and review with your team.
