I am Chris Waterbury, founder and team leader of Connections Event Group, a boutique event design and management company specializing in leadership gatherings and company events, delivered with elevated hospitality.
After leading a New York Destination Management Company for more than two decades, where I produced executive dinners, high-stakes client events, incentive programs, and company celebrations, I launched Connections Event Group. My goal was to bring that experience into a more focused, boutique model, creating gatherings that encourage connection through thoughtful event design.
Throughout my career, I have witnessed the transformative power of gathering. There is something special about bringing people together in the right setting, where meaningful conversations happen more naturally, ideas are shared more openly, and new possibilities emerge.
